The villa is situated just off the busy tourist area of Paphos. Their central location means walking distance to all amenities with its picturesque harbour, medieaval fort, beaches, shops, bars and  restaurants. Only a short ride will take you to Coral Bay or to historical sights in Kato Paphos. The market is not far away.  A childrens amusing and waterpark is nearby .

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. Everything you need to entertain at home if you desire. All rooms have air conditioning which is included in our rates between May and October. All other months we will charge CYP 50.00 per week. We run a strict no smoking policy in all our holiday properties.

The Villa is only 15 minutes by car from Paphos Airport. Pick up by Taxi can be arranged as can a car hire for the duration of your stay from airport ready for when you land & dropped off there when you leave. A short bus ride will take you to the Tombs of the Kings and tennis courts, water sports, ski area, horse riding, fishing, diving and golf courses.

Laundry is supplied and the villa is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. The second week we offer a midweek cleaning with a change of laundry. 

Holidays in this resort are extremely popular due to its central location. It is ideally located (within easy walking distance) for weddings at the following Hotels: Amathous,  Alexander the Great, Annabelle, Almyra, Aloe, Theophanous and Veronica.
