Despite this tranquil location, the beach of Polis is only seven kilometres away and the town itself even closer, so there are plenty of shops, bars and places to eat, all within easy reach. There is even a coffee house nearby, in the little village of Goudi, about a kilometre from the Villa.

The swimming pool is in front of the bungalow and is of an unusual freeform shape. Overlooking the pool is an attractive seating area with a bench built around an olive tree, whilst a pergola-shaded terrace leads through double doors into the house.

Inside, the patio doors open to an attractive stone-floored lounge with a beamed ceiling, an open fireplace and a courtyard patio leading to the rear of the room. The lounge is furnished with a television and three-piece suite and has an archway leading through to the adjacent kitchen/diner, equipped with a rectangular dining table, a fridge/freezer, an electric oven with a gas hob and a washing machine. A blue-walled corridor at one end of the lounge leads to the villa's two bedrooms, one of which is a twin with an en-suite bathroom and the other one a double, also with its own en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening to the poolside terrace. .
