This is the ideal place and location for your relaxing holidays. Within walking distance to the beach, major first class hotels, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, traditional village tavernas, bakery and pharmacy. The 4 bedroom villa is decorated and furnished to the highest standard, very well looked after. A generous food pack welcomes you on your arrival.

Just across the private road you will enjoy a large communal swimming pool with children play ground and sun beds for your convenience. If you don't want to meet and see anybody you are welcome to stay in your private beautiful garden with BBQ area or on your roof terrasse very close to the sun or the stars.

Limnaria Gardens Vilas have the best swimming pool in the area, beautiful large poo, with Kiddies pool & adult spa. The central location means that car hire is an option but no necessity because the tourist area with its picturesque harbour, mediaeval fort (used for folklore shows and other spectacles), beaches, shops, bars and restaurants is within walking distance.

The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Everything you need to entertain at home if you desire. All rooms have air-conditioning. The usage is without extra charge from May to October. All other months we charge CYP 2.50 per unit / per day.

The villa is only 1 5 minutes by car from Paphos Airport. Pick up by Taxi can be arranged as can a hire car for the duration and will  be ready at the airport when you land & dropped off there when you leave. 

Laundry is supplied and the villa is cleaned prior to arrival and on departure. In the second week we provide you with a midweek clean and change of laundry.

We run a strict no smoking policy in all our hoiday properties.
