Positioned next door to the Orange Grove, Goudi is located at a peaceful area. It's surrounded by big olive trees and lovely gardens liberally planted with shrubs, trees and colourful flowers. With the town of Polis less than five kilometres away and the beach just a bit further, it's very easy to enjoy shopping, some time beside the sea, or an evening out without having to travel too far. The sunny paved terrace around the Villa's Swimming Pool is set on a green lawn, providing plenty of space for many, happy hours of sunbathing. Entrance to the villa is through an old original patio door, which opens to a very cosy and private courtyard with swimming pool. The lounge and dining room area is beautiful decorated with a tiled floor and furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a dining table and chairs . Patio doors open from the lounge to a covered terrace to the side of the villa. The fitted kitchen is at the rear of the villa and has a fridge, a washing machine and a gas oven and hob. The Villa is a Bungalow with easy access to all rooms and the outside therefore suitable for handicapped people.

The rates include a villa representative service and cleaning twice a week.

A/C will be charged extra with CYP 3.00 per day and unit.
